SJDA TENDERING GO ONLINE 100% FROM NOW

Webdesk, TNI Siliguri, 10th September, 2016: Certain changes will be brought in the tendering process of work allocation of SJDA. It has been decided that from now all the works of SJDA will be allocated through e-tendering procedure. The SJDA officials expecting that this will ensure faster and transparent process work allocation. This was decided through the first meeting of the newly constituted Board members of SJDA here in Siliguri. The chairman of SJDA and Alipurduar MLA Mr. Saurav Chakraborty informed the press and said that any agency can participate in the e-tendering process from any part of India. Companies found floating fictitious company name and applying for tender will be blacklisted by SJDA if caught. Re-tendering process will also be launched for non-voluminous projects. He also said that problem-related to Tea Park Land has already being solved and huge investments are coming for that project.
